Sometimes you need just the right words, but they may escape you. This workshop will focus on ASL to English skills, especially using vocabulary that is appropriate for specific settings such as mental health, education, technology, and more. You don’t have to be an expert in a subject, but you do need the right words to say. Planning techniques and ways to incorporate new vocabulary will be discussed. There will also be opportunities for practice in a safe space.
